Get started with RepairFlow.
Open your independent workspace and follow a repair from intake to recorded payments, an invoice and customer tracking. A Shopify store is not required for the independent offer.
Watch the workflow
The video shows the repair workflow and an earlier Shopify setup. For the current independent setup and payment availability, follow the written guide below.

Your first repair workflow
These steps cover the independent workspace, a repair record and returning to saved work. Online subscription payments are not active yet.
-
Explore the demo
Open the demo to explore sample repairs, stock and recorded payments before entering your shop data.
Demo changes are temporary. Do not enter real customer information or rely on the demo to keep business records.
Expected resultThe demo opens with sample records and is separate from live account data.
-
Open your RepairFlow workspace
Open RepairFlow. Select English or العربية as needed, then choose Sign in to your shop.
Use the same RepairFlow account whenever you return to this shop. An independent workspace does not require installing a Shopify app.
Expected resultThe sign-in page opens so you can authenticate your account.
-
Sign in using your own email
Enter an email address whose inbox you can open. Open the sign-in link in the latest email, or enter its six-digit code on the sign-in page if one is included. Return to your RepairFlow workspace after sign-in.
If a request expires, close the old sign-in tab and begin a fresh request. Never send a verification code or sign-in link to support.
Expected resultYour account is authenticated and the app checks whether your workspace can be opened.
-
Set up your shop
When your workspace is available, open Shop settings. Save the shop name, phone, address and receipt terms.
Choose the correct currency before recording repairs, expenses or stock; it cannot be changed after those records exist. Use Branches & staff to manage branch details and staff permissions.
Expected resultYour saved shop information appears on the workspace and appropriate customer-facing documents.
-
Check subscription availability
The independent offer is USD 95 per calendar month for one repair shop. Online subscriptions are not active yet. Contact support about availability; signing in or exploring the demo does not create a paid subscription.
Before any payment is accepted, its checkout must show the final amount, taxes, billing date, supported countries and payment methods, renewal and cancellation terms. No free trial is currently promised for the independent offer.
Existing Shopify subscriptions are separate and keep their approved plan. For those installations, open RepairFlow from Shopify and review the current plan there.
Expected resultYou understand the offer and current availability. This guide does not take a payment or activate a subscription.
-
Create a repair and record its amounts
In Repair tickets, choose New repair. Enter the customer, device and issue details, then save the ticket. Use fictitious details when trying the workflow.
Open the saved ticket. Choose Edit details to change its charge, and save a status update. Under Record payment, save a received payment.
Issue an invoice. To explore how later entries are recorded, add another payment and a Refund already paid entry to your practice ticket. Check the payment ledger and the current repair balance.
Record money already received or returned. Payment and refund entries update your records; they do not charge a card, transfer money or send a refund.
Expected resultThe repair and its payment ledger are saved. Later entries change the live repair balance, while the issued invoice retains the totals captured when it was issued.
-
Check customer tracking and saved work
Open Tracking link separately to see the customer-facing repair view. Check the device, status and expected date. Internal notes and payment details should not appear there.
Reopen RepairFlow with the same account and check the saved repair, payment ledger and issued invoice. Treat the tracking link as private.
Expected resultThe tracking page shows customer-facing repair information, while your workspace keeps the repair, recorded amounts and invoice.
-
Explore the rest of your shop tools
Use sample data in the demo to explore inventory, suppliers and purchases, Branches & staff, and Reports & profit. In your live workspace, invite only people authorised to see the selected records.
In Shop settings, review the backup and recovery limits. Download a shop records backup and confirm that the download finishes. Keep downloaded backups private.
For an existing Shopify installation, the connected Shopify catalog is read-only and remains separate from RepairFlow stock.
Expected resultEach shop section displays its saved records. Available backup files are saved to your chosen device location.
-
Return using the same account
Sign out and sign in again with the same RepairFlow email. Check your saved work. Another account opens a separate workspace.
Use Sign out on shared devices. Closing a tab can leave the browser signed in. If the workspace cannot load, retry the connection or contact support using the diagnostic code shown.
Expected resultThe same account returns to the same shop records when the workspace is available.
Need a hand?
Start with the screen you are on and the result you expected. Our support page covers sign-in, saved records, subscription questions and backups.
Open RepairFlow supportThe sign-in link has expired
Close the old sign-in tab, choose Reload sign-in page and request a fresh email link. Use the inbox for your existing RepairFlow account.
My records are missing after sign-in
Check that you used the email for your original RepairFlow account. Different accounts have separate workspaces. Contact support if you cannot identify or access the original account; creating another account does not recover its records.
How do I buy the independent plan?
The offer is USD 95 per calendar month for one repair shop. Online subscriptions are not active yet. Contact support about availability; no payment or subscription is created by this guide or by signing in. Existing Shopify subscriptions retain the plan approved in Shopify.
I am not sure a payment entry saved
Reopen the repair and check the payment ledger before entering the amount again. A lost network response can occur after a record has saved, so check the saved state first.
