Terms of use

RepairFlow is software for keeping repair tickets, stock movements, recorded payments and related shop records. These terms describe use of this application. Your agreement with the repair shop governs the repair service itself.

Account and staff access

Use an account you are entitled to access. Shop owners manage staff invitations, roles and assignments. Only invite people authorised to see the relevant records. Revoke staff access when it is no longer needed, and sign out on shared devices.

Information you enter

Enter accurate information that you are authorised to use, and tell customers how you handle their information. Do not enter device unlock codes, account passwords, card security codes or unnecessary sensitive information. Do not upload unlawful content or attempt to access another workspace.

Payments and invoices

Recording a payment or refund in RepairFlow records a ledger entry; it does not transfer money or refund a card. Check the amount, currency and repair before confirming an entry. Issued invoices preserve their financial amounts. Their personal details may be redacted to process a privacy request. The app does not calculate taxes, file returns or certify that an invoice satisfies a particular country's invoicing rules.

Stock and repair records

Check the item, branch and quantity before confirming stock operations. Historic financial and stock entries have restrictions to preserve the record of what happened. Restored ticket copies are excluded from financial reports and cannot receive new payments or consume stock.

Independent plan and payment availability

The independent RepairFlow offer is USD 95.00 per calendar month for one repair shop. This offer covers recurring access to the hosted software. Online subscription payments are not active yet. No subscription or payment is created by signing in, using the demo or contacting support. Before any payment is accepted, the checkout must show the final price, applicable taxes, billing date, supported country and payment method, renewal and cancellation terms. No free trial is currently promised for the independent offer.

Contact akramakeyrouz@icloud.com about availability or a subscription refund request. Any accepted subscription must provide a way to manage renewal and cancellation. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. Subscription refunds are separate from refunds for a repair carried out by a repair business.

Existing Shopify subscriptions

The separate Shopify channel keeps the plan approved in Shopify: USD 100.00 per 30-day billing period for one repair shop, with a seven-day trial where Shopify confirms eligibility. The independent USD 95.00 offer does not change an existing Shopify subscription. Shopify handles its subscription approval, renewal and billing. A supported cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current Shopify billing cycle, with access through that period. Review the current plan and its terms in Shopify before approving or changing it. RepairFlow does not collect card details for Shopify subscriptions.

Keeping your records

Use Download shop records backup in Shop settings to save a full v2 backup with available repair photos and records. Recover full shop backup requires the original owner account and an empty workspace; recovery is limited to 1,500 internal writes, including records, payment entries, indexes and photo claims, and 1.2 MB of record metadata, with photos uploaded separately. It cannot merge records into an operating shop. Legacy v1 shop backups, ticket-only backups and Export loaded data do not include photo files. Keep backups private and retain separate photo copies. Restoring a single ticket creates a new copy excluded from financial reports; it does not reverse earlier ledger entries.

Availability and changes

The application requires its hosting, sign-in and storage services to be available. If a save cannot be confirmed, check the record before creating a different entry. Where the app retains a request for retry, use that same request. No uninterrupted-service or disaster-recovery service level is included on this page.

Repair service questions

Contact the repair business using the details on your receipt or tracking page for repair prices, collection, refunds, warranty and questions about your customer record. The app does not change that business's repair agreement or your applicable statutory rights.
